摘要
景洪水电站座环为分瓣式,单瓣座环最大质量为39.24 t,超出300 kN缆机的起吊范围,使整个安装工作难度增加,为此,对施工方案进行了优化分析,最终确定了该项目从施工准备、放样、吊装、组装调整、加固、焊接、验收等整个安装过程,可为今后同类型座环安装提拱有力依据,同时也可作为同类型水电站座环设计的参考。
The stay ring of Jinghong Hydropower Station is in segment and single segment has maximum mass of 39.24 tons that exceeds the lift allowance of 300KN crane, which makes the installation work increase difficulty. For this reason, the construction scheme has been optimized and finally it determined the whole installation process of construction preparation, laying-out, lift, assembly, reinforcement, welding and acceptation, which can be used for reference for the design of the stay ring of similar hydropower stations.
