景洪水电站水轮机座环现场加工 被引量:1

摘要 景洪水电站装机5台,每台机组的水轮机座环质量约为255 t,高3727.5 mm,环板最大直径12.7 m,分6瓣运到工地后进行现场组焊和局部加工。现场加工的内容包括:上下环板内环面、调节孔的钻孔、铰孔、攻丝、沉孔锪平等。加工设备有:切割中心柱、半自动火焰切割机、角磨机、摇臂钻、液压磁座钻等。景洪水电站水轮机座环的现场加工实践表明,加工是成功的,加工方法和工艺是正确的,加工精度满足了设计要求。该方法可供类似水电站供鉴。 The Jinghong Hydropower Station was equipped with 5 units. The mass of the turbine's stay ring of each generating unit is about 255 tons, 3727.5mm high and 12.7m diameter of its ring plate. It is divided into 6 segments to be transported to the construction site and then to be welded and processed locally in the field. The field processing ineludes upper and lower inside ring surface of ring plate, boring hole of regulating hole, hinged hole, etc. The processing equipment includes cutting core pillar, semi-automatic flame cutter, angle grinding machine, brace bit and hydraulic magnet bit, etc. The practice of the field processing of the turbine's stay ring for Jinghong Hydiopower Station showed that the field processing is successful and the processing method and technique is correct. Its processing accuracy meets the need of design. Such method could be used for reference for similar hydropower stations.
