高龄患者髋周大手术后深静脉血栓的预防

摘要 深静脉血栓形成(deep venous thrombosis,DVT)是指在各种因素作用下血液在深静脉系统中不正常凝结,致使深静脉系统血流受阻。DVT起病隐匿,容易忽视,栓子一旦脱落形成肺栓塞(pulmonary embolism,PE)将产生生命危险。我科自2004年1月至2007年1月共收治32例髋部周围大手术高龄患者,术后12例发生DVT,报告如下。
