摘要
在电能质量各分项指标的基础上,针对风电场的实际情况,引入了功率波动作为附加的电能质量指标.运用层次分析法(AHP)求取各项指标加权向量,提出采用概率统计与模糊数学结合的分析方法对电能质量进行综合评估,并用实测数据验证了该方法的可行性.
Based on indices of electric power quality, we consider power fluctuation an additive index of electric power quality for a wind farm in real conditions. We adopt analytic hierarchy process(AHP) to obtain weighted vector for every index, and introduce a synthetic evaluation which combines probability and statistics with fuzzy mathematics to evaluate the electric power quality. Finally we validate the feasibility by measured date of this method.
