无心中频感应炉无磁性期效能分析

摘要 采用功率因数以及电热效率等效能参数建立了评价无心中频感应炉无磁性期效能指标。实例应用结果表明,无心中频感应炉无磁性期功率因数以及电热效率均较低,为提高功率因数以及电热效率,应尽量减小钢坯与感应圈的间隙。该研究结果对节约无心中频感应炉设计成本,加快研发时间以及提高产品加热效率等均具有大的现实意义。 Effectiveness indexes of Medium frequency coreless induction furnace in the nonmagnetic process is established by using of some effectiveness parameters such as power factor and electricity & heat efficiency. The application result indicated that lower power factor and lower electricity & heat efficiency in the nonmagnetic process are caused by bigger clearance between steel stab and induction coil. The result is of great realistic significance on reducing the costs of the design of the Medium frequency coreless induction furnace, shortening design the periods of Medium frequency coreless induction furnace and improving working efficiency of products.
