原生动物细胞微管蛋白的修饰和微管结合蛋白的研究 被引量:1

摘要 原生动物细胞微管结构和功能的多样化与编码α-、β-微管蛋白基因的种间差异和微管蛋白翻译后的修饰有关。微管蛋白翻译后的修饰包括蛋白亚基的剪切和拼接以及微管蛋白的乙酰化、多聚谷氨酰化、多聚甘氨酰化、酪氨酸化和去酪氨酸化等。此外,在微管的功能发挥过程中,两类重要的蛋白与之关联:一类是分子马达,另一类是微管相关蛋白家族。
