摘要 建立了用超声萃取-毛细管气相色谱法测定塑料制品中酞酸酯的方法。样品用四氢呋喃和无水乙醇混合液(V:V,1:4)超声提取,经干燥脱水经0.45μm滤膜过滤,直接注入气相色谱仪进行分析。4种酞酸酯的平均回收率为84.8%-96%;精密度(RSD)为1.1%-2.2%;DMP、DBP、DEHP和DOP的检测限分别为3.6、1.35、1.7和1.5ng。该方法准确度和灵敏度高,样品用量少,前处理简单,可同时测定塑料制品中4种酞酸酯。 Ultrasonic extraction and capillary gas chromatography method has been developed for the determination of phthalates in plastic products. The plastic products were extracted with tetrahydrofuran and ethanol ( V: V = 1 : 4) by utrasonic. The supernatant was dehydrated and filtrated through membrane with 0.45μm diameter. The filtrate was injected into the GC system for analysis. The average recoveries of the four phthalates were between 84.8% and 96%. The relative standard deviations were be-tween 1.1% and 2.2 %. The detection limits were 3.6ng for DMP, 1.35ng for DBP, 1.Tng for DE- HP and 1.5ng for DOP, respectively. The method presented the advantages of high precision, high sensitivity, small sample size, and simple pretreatment. The method can be used to test four phthalates in plastic products.
