The status investigation and strategic research on the life style of physical education for Guiyang residents

运用文献资料法、问卷调查法对贵阳市居民体育活动主体、体育活动条件、体育活动形式的内容进行调查,分析研究了贵阳市居民体育生活方式现状及构建体育生活方式的对策。

This research used approaches of documentary materials and questionnaire to investigate the exercise subjects, conditions and patterns of physical education for Guiyang residents. It also analyzed the life style of physical education and constructed strategies of physical life style.
