摘要
大豆幼苗萎蔫过程中,相对含水量急剧下降;SOD、CAT、POD3种细胞保护酶的活性先以较大幅度上升,后急剧下降;膜脂过氧化加剧,大量电解质外渗,电导率增大。
During wilting the relative water content of soybean seeding was sharply decreased. The activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT) and perokidase (POD) were increased abruptly and then decreased quickly. The peroxidation of membrane lipid was increased and the relative electric conductivity was increased because lots of electolytes seeped out.
