未婚女意外妊娠心理状况调查与分析

INVESTIGATION OF PSYCHOLOGICAL STATUS OF UNMARRIED GIRLS WITH UNINTENDED PREGNANCY

[目的]了解未婚女意外妊娠后的心理状况和行为反应,并提出具体的改进建议。[方法]采用自制调查表,随机不记名调查未婚女性100名,孕周:5～9周,内容包括:年龄、文化程度、职业、人员分布、与父母的关系、心理状况和行为反应、倾诉对象等。[结果]流动人口所占比例多,服务性行业比例大,意外怀孕后告之性伴侣的人数较多,心理状况和行为变化与父母管教沟通少和离异有关。[结论]父母应加强与青春期少女沟通,关注其身心健康,正确进行性知识教育。

[Objoctive] To understand psychological status and behavior of unmarried girls with unintended pregnancy and make concrete suggestions for their improvement. [Mothoods] 100 unmarried girls being unintendedly pregnant, who consented to answer a questionnaire made by the authors, were randomly selected. Their pregnant period was 5-9 weeks. The contents of the questionnaire included age, education received, occupation, distribution, relation with parents, psychological status and behavioral reaction, and persons to confide in, etc. [Results] The unintended pregnant girls had high proportions from floating population and occupation working in service industry, and most of them told their sex companions after the unin-tended pregnancy. Analyses of family status showed that the changes of psychological status and behavior were associated with the lack of communications with their parents and their parents＇ divorced state. [Conclusion] Parents have the obligation to take care of their girls, not only physically but also psychologically. The unmarried girls need more education including education of sex knowledge and instruction of abortion.
