摘要
[目的]探讨血管造影栓塞术治疗外伤性假性动脉瘤的疗效。[方法]对2例经鼻腔填塞失败的外伤性假性动脉瘤患者,行超选择血管栓塞术。[结果]全部栓塞成功,无一例出现严重并发症。[结论]血管栓塞术是一种安全、有效的止血方法,尤其对年长或伴有其他疾病的顽固性鼻出血患者,在保守治疗失败的情况下,该术式是治疗的最佳选择。同时认为,栓塞血管前行血管造影、找到责任血管是止血成功的关键。排除血管之间的异常交通和变异,提高操作者技术的熟练程度和超选择栓塞是预防严重并发症的必要措施。
[ Objective] To explore the curative effect of traumatic pseudoaneurysm with the operation of arterial embolization. [ Methods] The embolization following angiographic localization were used in two patients with traumatic pseudoa- neurysm. [ Results ] They were cured and had no any serious complication. [Conclusion ] Embolization is the safe and effective method for treatment of traumatic pseudoaneurysm and it is the best method in the elder patients with other diseases. It is the best choice when conservative treatment fails. There is the key that before embolization we make angiography and find the bleeding vessels. The technique of embolization and superselective embolization are both important measures in decreasing severe complications.
