论述了包装企业零缺陷管理的实质:第一次就把事情做好,将追求质量零缺陷作为一种管理艺术,避免那些浪费在补救工作上的时间、金钱和精力;核心内容:通过全员参与,营造以顾客为中心、零缺陷为核心的企业质量环境,结合包装企业提出了零缺陷管理的主要步骤:准备工作、推行计划、执行机构、教育培训和管理机制。为改善包装企业的内部管理、提高包装产品质量提供了有益的思路。
The essential of zero defect management was discussed, which was to do things well at the first time, to take pursuing zero defect as an management art, and to avoid waste of time, money, and man power on rescuing jobs ; the core contents of which were to establish enterprise quality environment of customer centered and zero defect core through the participation of all personnel. The main steps of zero defect management of packaging enterprises were put forward, which were preparation, implementing plan, executing organization, training, and management mechanism. The purpose was to provide helpful ways of thinking for improving internal management and product quality of packaging enterprises.
