摘要
对荔枝酒中SO2进行检测分析。结果表明,加入荔枝酒中的SO2很快就被酒中物质结合,其转化成3-甲硫基-1-丙醇等硫化物。荔枝酒中首次检测到3-甲硫基-1-丙醇等硫化物,在其他类型的果酒中未曾发现。
The detection of SO2 content in litchi fruit wine suggested that SO2 in litchi fruit wine combined with the substances in wine quicky and it converted into 3 -methylthio-1- propanol and other sulfide (detected for the first time in litchi fruit wine but not found in other fruit wine).
