摘要
通过观察稻花香活力型白酒(DVL)和普通稻花香白酒(DCL)对大鼠血清中ADH及脂质过氧化的影响,以比较2种酒毒性差异,并探讨稻花香活力型白酒毒性低、对肝细胞损伤较轻的机理。将28只SD大鼠随机分为DVL组、DCL组和正常对照组,采用上述2种白酒进行大剂量灌胃,制备大鼠急性酒精性肝损伤模型,检测各组大鼠血清中ADH活性(生化酶法)、NO含量(硝酸还原酶法)、NOS含量(化学比色法)、MDA含量(TBA法)、SOD活力(黄嘌呤氧化酶法)及肝功能。结果表明,DCL组ADH活性、NO含量、T-NOS及i-NOS含量、MDA含量、AST及ALT值均显著升高,且SOD活力显著降低,而DVL组的i-NOS含量、MDA含量、AST及ALT值均显著低于DCL组,ADH活性及SOD活力略高于DCL组。
To investigate the effects of ADH and lipid peroxidation in serum of rats by making a comparison of toxicity between DVL (Dao- huaxiang Vigor Liquor) and DCL (Daohuaxiang Common Liquor), and probe into the mechanism of lower toxicity and lighter hepatocyte injury induced by alcohol.28 SD rats were randomly devided into DVL group, DCL group and normal control group. The rat model of acute liver injury was established by treating high dose of above liquor. Test some relevant indices in serum as listed below, the activity of ADH (biochemical enzymatic method), the level of NO.(nitrate reductase method), the level of NOS(chemistry colorimetric method), the level of MDA(TBA method, thiobarbituric acid method) , the vigor of SOD (xanthine oxidase method) and hepatic function. The results indicated that the activity of ADH and the amount of NO, T-NOS, i-NOS, MDA, AST, ALT were obviously increased, and the vigor of SOD was obviously decreased in DCL group. However, the level of i-NOS, MDA, AST and ALT in DVL group were significantly lower than that in DCL group, moreover, the aetivity of ADH and the vigor of SOD were slightly higher than that in DCL group.
