摘要
静电放电产生的电磁脉冲具有上升沿陡、频带宽和峰值大等特点,它对电子系统具有很强的干扰和破坏作用。为研究ESD EMP对电子系统的影响,以某电子设备上的电路板为实验对象,进行了ESD EMP辐照效应实验。实验表明,该电路板在ESD EMP作用下,触发器的存贮数据会发生改变。在实验基础上,分析了各种效应产生的原因。
Electromagnetism pulse produced during electrostatic discharge has sharp rise edge, wide frequency band and high peak. It can disturb and destroy the electronic system of weapon equipment. In order to study the effects of ESD EMP on the electronic system,taking the circuit board of certain equipment as experiment object,the irradiation experiments of ESD EMP are made. The experiments show that the data in trigger will be changed when the circuit board is acted by ESD EMP. Based on the experiments, the reasons of every effect are analyzed.
