循环流化床锅炉除尘设备的选择及现状

Current Status and Choice of Soot and Sulphur Removal Device of Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler

根据国家火电厂新的烟尘排放标准,以及循环流化床锅炉的特点,从含尘浓度、尘粒的比电阻、烟气速度等方面介绍了影响选择除尘器的基本因素,并对电除尘器和布袋除尘器的利弊及技术经济等方面进行了比较,分析了循环流化床机组除尘器的现状,提出了对循环流化床锅炉除尘设备的选择建议。

According to the new state standard of dust removal in power plant and features of circulating fluidized bed boiler, basic factors that effect deduster choice from the point of dust consistency, dust resistivity and flue gas speed are introduced. Advantages and disadvantages comparison between electric deduster and fiber bag precipitator in technique economy are proposed, and current status of circulating fluidized bed boiler deduster is analyzed. Besides, its choice suggestions are put forward.
