活血利水法联合倍频固体激光治疗糖尿病弥漫性黄斑水肿的临床观察 被引量:18

摘要 目的观察活血利水法联合倍频固体激光治疗糖尿病黄斑水肿的临床疗效。方法42例糖尿病弥漫性黄斑水肿患者(55只眼)随机分成中药联合激光光凝组(28眼,联合组),单纯激光光凝组(27眼光凝组)。治疗前后观察患眼视力、眼底水肿情况以及眼底荧光素血管造影的变化,随访6个月。结果联合组视力提高18眼(64.28%),视力不变6眼(21.43%),视力下降4眼(14.29%)。水肿减轻22眼(78.57%),水肿未退6眼(21.43)。光凝组视力提高8眼(29.63%),视力不变13眼(48.15%),视力下降6眼(22.22%)。水肿减轻10眼(37.04%),水肿未退17眼(62.96%)。结论活血利水法联合倍频固体激光治疗糖尿病弥漫性黄斑水肿疗效确切,具有标本兼治、安全可靠和副作用少等优点。 OBJECTIVE To explore clinical curative effect of macular edema of diabetic retinopathy (DR) treated by combination of Fd - Nd:YAG laser photocoagulation with Huoxue Lishui decoction. METHODS Forty - two patients (55 eyes)were divided randomly into two groups:One(28 eyes)treated by combination of Fd - Nd. YAG laser photo- coagulation with traditional Chinese medicine, the other(27 eyes)adopted treatment of laser photocoagulation only. The follow- up was 6 months. Visual acuity and fundus fluorescein angiography were measured. RESULTS The vision of 18 eyes(64.28 % ) respectively elevated and 8 eyes(29.63 % )in group B.Then the visions of 6 eyes(21.43 % )in group A and 13 eyes(48.15 % )in group B were invariable, and the descended vision were respectively 4 eyes( 14.29 % )and 6 eyes(22.22 % ) ,the reduction of dropsy from ocular fundus was 22 eyes(78.57 % ) and 10 eyes(37.04 % ) ,the invariable dropsy was 6 eyes(21.43 % )and 17 eyes(62.96 % ), respectively. CONCLUSIONS The Fd - Nd: YAG laser photocoagulation combined with Huoxue Lishui decoction appears to be a safe and effective therapy in curing diabetic macular edema simultaneously in principal and secondary aspects and has fewer side effects.
