摘要
利用mtDNA COI基因片段作标记,对采自2006年辽宁省沈阳世界园艺博览会园区的烟粉虱[Bemisia tabaci(Genna-dius)]的生物型进行了系统鉴定。结果表明:该烟粉虱种群所有个体的mtDNA COI基因片段与苏丹、摩洛哥Q型烟粉虱的相应碱基序列具有极高的同源性,表明该种群均为Q型烟粉虱。2007年,对发现Q型烟粉虱的该地区进行了调查,没有发现烟粉虱种群。但鉴于Q型烟粉虱的危害性及其入侵性,有必要对该地区烟粉虱继续进行系统调查,防止Q型烟粉虱在该地区的定殖、扩散以及危害。
The biotype of Bemisia tabaci collected from Shenyang International Horticultural Exposition in 2006 was determined based on mtDNA COI sequences. The results showed the genes of all individuals were highly homologous to B, tabaci biotype Q from Morocco and Sudan, which suggested that the population was biotype Q. Bemisia tabaci was not found in 2007. It is necessary to investigate the colonization, spread and damage of the biotype owing to its damages and invasive ability.
