花柱处理对大花萱草品种间杂交亲和性的影响 被引量:8

摘要 为提高大花萱草品种间的杂交亲和性,以大花萱草(Hemerocallis hybridus Hort)品种金娃娃、东方不败、红宝、奶油卷为亲本进行正反交,对杂交亲和性差的组合进行不同花柱处理。结果表明:大花萱草4品种间存在不同程度杂交障碍,常规授粉后5d,膨大蒴果普遍出现脱落现象,且品种间正反交亲和性差异较大,金娃娃与东方不败、红宝与金娃娃、红宝与东方不败正交亲和性均高于反交。花柱处理中,切割花柱处理的膨大率、坐果率和结籽率较对照低;2g·L-1氯化钠、5g·L-1硼酸和50g·L-1蔗糖处理的坐果率和结籽率较对照高,50g·L-1蔗糖涂抹柱头处理效果最佳。 The compatibilities between 4 cultivars of Hemerocallis hybffdus L. (or Hemerocallis middendolfii Trautv et. Mey) were studied, The results showed that there were segregations among the 4 cultivars of Hemerocallis, and the expanding fruits began to loose 5 days after pollination.The compatibilities were different in different combinations. The compatibility was higher in Stella D'oro x Peachy Pink Repeater than in Peachy Pink Repeater x Stella D'oro. There were the same tendencies in Pardon Me x Stella D'oro and Pardon Me x Peachy Pink Repeater. Pollination after cutting style for 1/2 was unsuitable. The usage of 2g·L^-1 NaC1 and 5g·L^-1 H3BO3 before pollination were suitable for fruits and seeds. The usage of 50g·L^-1 sugar were the best method before pollination for fruits and seeds.
