摘要
以硫酸钠、氯化钠和过氧化氢为原料合成硫酸钠-过氧化氢-氯化钠加合物。开发合成4Na2SO4·2H2O2.NaCl加合物的新工艺,为了充分利用原料和降低成本,采用多次循环的合成方法。利用单因素优选法探索合成条件对产品产量和质量的影响,结果表明:合成4Na2SO4.2H2O2·NaCl加合物较为适宜的制备条件为:25mL30%H2O2为基准,NaCl的加入量为4g,Na2SO4的加入量为32g,选取EA作为稳定剂,反应温度为(283±1)K,反应的时间为30min。
The adduct of sodium sulfate-hydrogen peroxide-sodium chloride was synthesized with sodium sulfate, sodium chloride and hydrogen peroxide as raw materials. A new stable process for preparation of sodium sulphate-hydrogen peroxide-sodium chloride adduet was proposed. In order to make full use of the raw material, a multiple circulation method was used in this process. The unitary optimization method was used to study the effect of synthetic conditions on product yield and quality. The suiable technical conditions included 25mL hydrogen peroxide (30%), 4g sodium chloride, 32g sodium sulfate, 283-1K reaction temperature, 30 min reaction time and EA as stabilizing agent.
