复方大黄对HBV抗原分泌的抑制作用研究

Inhibition of Compound Rhubarb Oral Liquid on HBV Antigen Secretion of HepG2.2.15 Cell Line in Vitro

目的观察复方大黄对HBV病毒复制的抑制作用。方法用MTT法测定复方大黄在不同浓度下对HepG2.2.15细胞的细胞毒性,ELISA法检测复方大黄对HepG2.2.15细胞分泌HBsAg、HBeAg颗粒的影响。结果复方大黄对HepG2.2.15细胞4 d和8 d的半数毒性浓度(TD50)分别为1.73和1.06(P<0.05);对HBeAg4 d和8 d的治疗指数(TI)分别为2.84和5.30(P<0.01);对HBsAg 4 d和8 d的治疗指数分别为0.00和0.42(P>0.05)。结论复方大黄可抑制HepG2.2.15细胞分泌HBeAg,具有体外抗乙型肝炎病毒的作用。

Objective To observe the effect of compound rhubarb oral liquid on inhibiting HepG2. 2.15 cell secreting HBsAg, HBeAg in vitro. Methods the effect of compound rhubarb oral liquid on inhibiting HepG2.2.15 cell secreting HBsAg, HBeAg were detected by ELISA, and the toxic effect of Compound Rhubarb Oral Liquid of different concentration to HepG2.2.15 cell was determined by MFT. Results The therapy index（TI） of four days and eight days of compound rhu- barb oral liquid to HepG2.2. 15 cell secreting HBsAg were 0.0 and 0.42, respectively （P 〉 0. 05 ）, HBeAg were 2.84 and 5.30 , respectively （P 〈0.01 ）. 50% toxic density（TD50） of four days and eight days of compound rhubarb oral liquid to HepG2.2.15 cell were 1. 73 and 1.06, respectively （P 〈0.05）. Cenclusien Compound rhubarb oral liquid can inhibit HepG2.2.15 cell secreting HBeAg.
