摘要
目的建立测量六味补血颗粒中阿魏酸含量的方法。方法采用Alhima—C18色谱柱(5μm,4.6mm×150mill);流动相采用甲醇-0.05%醋酸溶液梯度洗脱,流速I.0mL/min;检测波长为320nm,柱温:25℃。结果阿魏酸在3.18~31.8μg/mL的范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9997),平均回收率为99.75%,RSD=2.n%(n=6)。结论该法准确、简便,重现性好,可作为六味补血颗粒制剂质量控制的有效方法。
Objective To establish a method for.determination of Ferulic Acid content in Li- uweibuxue granules. Methods The analytical column was AIItima - C18 (5 μm,4.6 × 150 mm). Methanol - 0.05% acetic acid gradient elution as mobile phase. The flow rate was set at 1.0mL/min, the detection wavelength was set at 320nm, and the column temperature was 25℃. Results The calibration curve was linear over the rage of 3. 18 - 31.8μg/mL for Ferulic Acid,with the average recoveries of 99.75% ( n =6) ,RSD was 2.11% (n =6). Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and reproducible, and suitable to be used in quality control of li- uweibuxue granules.
