27例肾盂输尿管连接部梗阻的手术治疗

Surgical Treatment of Ureteropelvic Junction Obstruction

目的探讨治疗输尿管肾盂连接部(UPJ)梗阻的方法。方法27例先天性UPJ梗阻患者采用Anderson—Hynes肾盂成形术治疗,根据解剖特点,术中肾盂输尿管吻合及引流管的放置,采用吻合口斜形尖部"U"形缝合,同时放置支架管及肾盂造瘘管引流。结果27例患者术后恢复良好,术后复查B超及IVU显示肾盂缩小,肾显影时间正常,UPJ漏斗状形态及管腔均接近正常。结论Anderson-Hynes肾盂成形术为UPJ梗阻优良术式之一。

Objective To evaluate the treatment of ureteropelvic junction obstruction. Method 27 cases of ureteropelvic junction obstruction underwent Anderson - Hynes operation in which stent and pelvis drainage stent were placed. The ureter and pelvis were sewed up. Results All cases were successfully relieved and no nephrohydrosis or stenosis of the anastomosis site had been noted. Conclusion Anderson - Hynes operation is an effective method for the treat- ment of ureteropelvic junction obstruction.
