摘要
分析了竖向钢筋电渣压力焊的焊接原理,介绍了竖向钢筋焊接前的准备工作,总结了焊接的工艺流程及有关操作要点,提出了钢筋电渣压力焊操作过程中应注意的问题,归纳了竖向钢筋电渣压力焊的应用效果。
The welding theory of electrcslag welding is analyzed. The preparative work before vertical reinforced bar welding is introduced and its technique process and key points in it are summarized. The points that need to be noticed in the process of electroslag welding are put forward and the result of the application of electroslag welding in vertical reinforced bar welding is summarized.
