摘要
主要对菲迪克合同条件及其在我国的发展进行了简要的介绍,对菲迪克合同条件的原则和主要特点作了分析,对不同条件的不同适用对象以及我国在应用该条件时应该注意的问题作了探讨,以供参考。
The FIDIC conditions of contract and its development in our country were simply introduced, and the principle and main characteristics of FIDIC conditions of contract were analyzed. It discussed against to different conditions and different applied objects and in our country the problems should be noticed during application and can be referenced.
