介绍了工程投标报价的决策、策略的概念,对标段选择、投标书编制与投标报价技巧的一些问题进行了探讨,以帮助承包商积累工程投标经验,提高中标率,从而提高企业的经济效益。
The concepts of bidding decision making and strategy are introduced. In view of the questions existed bidding process such as the selection of bid section, bid document preparation, bidding skills and so on discussion is made, in order to provide references for bidder to increase the rate to win the bid and economic benefits for enterprises.
