从工程建设实际出发,论述了在招标投标制度下,工程建设发包方在招标过程中面临的主要风险因素,并提出了相应的风险管理措施,对工程后期实施阶段避免和减少不必要的损失起到重要作用。

Based on the realistic construction, the major risk factors faced by the owners in bidding process are discussed in this thesis under the bidding system, what＇s more, countermeasures of risk management are put forward, it will play an important role to avoid and reduce unnecessary loss after the construction stage of the project.
