欠发达地区要打破梯度转移的惯性,克服"马太效应"的制约,关键在于能否培育出自己的特色产业。彝良作为国家级贫困县,应该充分利用资源优势发展特色经济。彝良小草坝天麻是昭通天麻的代表,也是云南天麻的代表,可作为药材,又是理想的保健品,天麻食品也在期待中正被开发,市场前景可观,发展天麻产业,可使农民增收,同时对本县的产业结构调整,山区资源开发起着不可估量的作用。
