摘要 简述了复杂网络的静态几何量及其机制模型,然后列举了复杂网络在蛋白质研究领域的应用进展. Static geometry value and mechanism model of Complex network are briefly introduced at first in this article, then the development of the application of complex network in protein research are listed out.
