曹妃甸煤码头起步工程大型组合钢板桩振动下沉工艺的创新与应用 被引量:6

摘要 曹妃甸煤码头码头主体采用我国首创的新型遮帘式钢板桩结构,码头前墙采用从卢森堡进口的HZ975B和AZ18 10/10大型组合钢板桩,结构新颖。不仅是我国初次尝试此类型钢板桩的沉桩工程,而且本工程桩需先穿过20 m厚的密实砂层,桩顶又埋入地表以下2~3 m,缺乏施工经验。在总结典型开工经验的基础上,采用双层双向固定式钢桁架导向架,振动、吊打工艺,旋挖助沉措施等,优质高效地完成了全部钢板桩的沉桩。创新探索出一套适合本工程的振动吊打工艺,可供类似工程借鉴。 A new panel type of sheet pile structure, which was first developed in China, has been used as the main quay structure of Caofeidian Coal Terminal. The structurally novel HZ975B and AZ18 10/10 large composite steel sheet piles imported from Luxemburg were used for the front wall of the quays. This is not only the first time that this type of piling project was first tried in China but the engineering piles had to first penetrate the dense sand of 20 m thick with the pile heads buried 2 m - 3 m below the ground. The builders lacked the construction experience. On the basis of the summary of the experience in the pilot project, mea- sures such as fixed type of steel truss guide with double panel and driving to both directions, vibratory driving and augering to as- sist driving were taken. With these measures, driving of all the steel sheet piles was completed With high quality and efficiency and the technology of vibratory driving with piles suspended suitable for the project was innovated, which may be of reference for similar projects.
