Two-Dimensional Characteristics and Integrated Mechanism of Enterprise Management Involving Multiple Levels of Strategy,Tactics and Operation

运用战略管理理论和系统工程原理,研究了我国企业在多层次一体化管理方面普遍存在的问题。研究了战略、战术和作业管理的多层次一体化系统的二维结构、运行原理,并分别分析了不同管理层次和各管理阶段的特性。在此基础上,从横向、纵向和综合一体化多个角度研究了各管理层次的一体化机理,为企业的长远和持续发展提供了理论依据和方法论的指导。

Based on strategic management theory and system engineering principle, this paper researches on the universal problems of multi-level integrated management in Chinese enterprises. A two-dimensional structure and the running mechanism of strategy-tactics-operation integrated management system are studied. The characteristics of different management levels and stages are analyzed respectively. On the basis of the above analysis, the paper studies mechanisms of various management levels from different angles, and provides theoretical basis and methodological guidance for long-term and sustainable development of enterprises.
