我国房地产泡沫的实证分析

An Empirical Study on Real Estate Bubble of China

近年来房地产业已成为拉动内需、推动经济增长的支柱产业,房地产也是最容易产生泡沫的行业。本文通过分析房地产泡沫的含义、成因以及测度我国房地产泡沫的指标,得出初步结论:就全国而言,当前已出现房地产泡沫现象,虽然泡沫程度并不很严重,但目前为止没有减弱的迹象。

In recent years, the real estate industry has become the pillar industry to stimulate domestic demand and to promote the economic development and it is most likely to generate bubbles. Through analyzing the implications and causes of the real estate bubbleS, this paper finds a series of indicators which measurs the real estate bubbles in China. It is concluded that, at present, the real estate bubbles in China has come into being. Although not very serious, it has not been subdued by far.
