HPLC法测定活血效灵丸中丹参酮ⅡA的含量

Determination of TanshinoneⅡA in Huoxiexiaoling Pills by HPLC

目的测定活血效灵丸中丹参酮ⅡA的含量。方法HPLC法,Kromasil C18色谱柱（4.6 mm×150mm,5μm）,甲醇-水（75∶25）为流动相,流速1.0 mL.min^-1,柱温32℃,检测波长270 nm。结果丹参酮ⅡA在1.654-16.544μg.mL^-1范围内呈良好线性关系（r=0.999 6）;平均回收率为100.5%,RSD=0.69%（n=6）。结论方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于活血效灵丸中丹参酮ⅡA的含量测定。

Objective To establish a method to determine the contents of Tanshinone Ⅱ A in Huoxiexiaoling pills. Methods The column was Kromasil （4.6 mm ×150 mm, 5 μm） , the mobile phase consisted of methanolwater （ 75：25 ） with flow rate of 1.0 mL ·min ^-1, and UV detective wavelength was set at 270 nm. Results Tanshinone Ⅱ A had a good linearity within the range of 1. 654 - 16. 544 μg · mL^-1, the mean recovery was 100.5% with RSD of 0.69% （ n = 6 ）. Conclusion This method was simple, accurate, repeatable and suitable for the determination of Tanshinone Ⅱ A in Huoxiexiaoling pills.
