摘要
目的:探讨联合p504S、VEGF、p63检测在前列腺良、恶性病变鉴别诊断中的应用。方法:采用微波S-P免疫组化方法,观察p504S、VEGF、p63在前列腺良、恶性病变中的表达情况。结果:大多数良性前列腺增生的腺泡和导管周围可见连续的p63表达,少数呈间断表达,但p504S均皆呈阴性,大多数良性前列腺增生患者VEGF呈阴性;高级别上皮内瘤p63呈不连续表达,p504S呈弱阳性或阴性,VEGF呈阴性或弱阳性;7例非典型腺瘤性增生,p63均呈阳性;40例前列腺癌,p63均呈阴性,p504S均呈阳性;前列腺癌Gleason分级与p504S免疫表达无关,但与VEGF表达有关。结论:联合检测p504S、VEGF、p63可提高前列腺癌诊断的准确率,尤其适合于体积较小的前列腺穿刺标本进行良、恶性鉴别。
Objective Tc cvaluate the value of p504S, vascular endothelial growth factor and p63 immunostaining for the diagnosis of benign and malignant lesions of the prostate. Methods The expressions of p504S, vascular endothelial growth factor and p63 in benign and malignant lesions of the prostate were observed by microwave SP immunohistochemical method. Results Continuous positive expression of p63 was found in the acini and ducts of most benign prostatic hyperplasia, and few cases showed interrupted expression, but p504S staining presented negative reaction. Interrupted expression of p63 was found in high prostatic intraepithelial neoplasia cases, and was weakly positive or negative for p504S; p63 staining was positive in 5 atypical adenomatous hyperplasia cases, 1 case presented focally positive reaction by p504S; p63 staining was negative in 40 prostatic carcinoma, but positive by p504S; The gleason histologic grading of prostate carcinoma was not related to the expression of p504S but related with vascular endothelial growth factor. Conclusion The combined detection of p504S, vascular endothelial growth factor and p63 can be the most helpful for the diagnosis of prostate carcinoma, especially in needle biopsy specimen.
