消渴宁对糖尿病模型大鼠降血糖机制的实验研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的:观察消渴宁对糖尿病大鼠模型血糖的影响以及其作用机制。方法:用高脂饲料喂养,再以链脲佐菌素腹腔注射造成糖尿病大鼠模型,造模成功后分消渴宁、消渴灵、优降糖灌胃治疗。治疗4周后,观察消渴宁对模型大鼠空腹血糖、血清胰岛素、胰高血糖素、超氧化物歧化酶、丙二醛及肿瘤坏死因子的影响。结果:消渴宁不仅可以降低糖尿病模型大鼠的空腹血糖,而且可以提高血清胰岛素和SOD的含量,降低胰高血糖素、MDA以及TNF-α的含量。消渴宁中、高剂量组与糖尿病大鼠模型组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:消渴宁具有明显降糖作用,其作用机制主要是促进胰岛素分泌,减少胰高血糖素;并且提高超氧化物歧化酶含量,减少丙二醛及肿瘤坏死因子的含量。 Objective: to observe the effect of blood sugar and mechanism of Xiaokening for treating rats with diabetes. Methods: after fed by high lipoprotein foods, the model rats of diabetes were made by injection STZ into the abdominal cavity, After the models formed, the rats with diabetes were treated with Xiaokening, Xiaokeling, Youjiangtang through tube feeding. The treatment last for 4 weeks, observe the influence of blood glucose(BG), Insulin(Ins), Glucagon(GN), Superoxidedismutase(SOD), Maleiedialdehyde (MDA), Tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) of Xiaokening for treating rats with diabetes. Results: Xiaokening not only could reduce the levers of blood glucose in the model rats, but also raise the levels of insulin and SOD in ,serum, lower the levers of GN, MDA and TNF- α in serum. By comparing with the model group, middle and high dose of Xiaokening treated group have a significant difference(P〈 0.05 or P〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: Xiaokening has obviously effects in treating diabetes and its mechanism of function is mainly due to improving the level of Ins, reducing the level of GN, increasing the content of SOD, lower the levels of MDA and TNF-α
