摘要
本文通过正交试验L9(34)探讨从二色补血草全草中提取总黄酮类化合物的最佳提取工艺。结果表明:二色补血草总黄酮的最佳提取工艺是,料液比为1∶10,60%的乙醇为回流提取3次,每次40min。
to approach optimizing technology to extract total flavonoids of two color sealavander herbs with orthogonal experiment. The result showed that optimizing technology was ratio of dosage liquor equal to 1 ： 10 and recirculation extract 3 times with 60% alcohol. 1 time was 40 min.
