武林秘传温凉散在膝骨性关节炎康复中的运用研究

目的:观察应用武林秘传温凉散外洗治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:膝骨性关节炎病人90例,分为治疗组(武林秘传温凉散组)50例,对照组(热敷1号组)40例。以症状体征分级量化评分、临床疗效评定和复发率为指标对两组进行对比分析。结果:治疗组用药前后患者的症状体征评分有较明显改善(P<0.05),治疗组的有效率为92%,而对照组的有效率为85%,两组间疗效比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组的远期复发率为10%,明显优于对照组的15%。结论:武林秘传温凉散外洗能够有效改善膝骨性关节炎的症状体征,对膝骨性关节炎具有较好的临床疗效。

Objective： to observe the clinical effect of ＂Wulinrnichuanwenlian powder＂ on the osteoarthritis of knee joints （KOA）. Methods.＇ 50 （treated group） and 40 （control group） typical patients with KOA were treated with ＂Wulinmichuanwenlian powder＂） and ＂Refu No. 1＂, respectively. The index including the score of symptoms and physical sign, the evaluation of curative effect and the recurrence rate were chosen. Result： the post-treatment score of symptoms and physical sign of the treated group was obvious lower than the prior treatment（ P 〈 0.01 ） ; The effective rate of the treated group was 92 % while the control group was 85 % （P 〈 0.01）; The recurrence rat of the two group was 10% and 15% respectively, there was also obvious difference between two group （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： Wulinmichuanwenlian powder can remarkably ameliorate the clinical symptoms of KOA, It has very good therapeutic effect on KOA.
