摘要
不断增加的空间碎片严重威胁着近地轨道航天器的安全,尤其是载人航天器的安全。由于空间碎片主要分布在低地球轨道(LEO)上,属于地基雷达可探测的范围,而且雷达能全天候全天时工作,因此根据我国的实际情况,大力发展地基监视雷达极具现实意义。文中从空间碎片地基监视对雷达系统的技术需求出发,对雷达探测空间碎片的主要性能进行了分析论证,给出了雷达探测性能的仿真分析结果,最后进行了系统关键技术分析。
The increasing space debris threaten seriously the safety of spacecraft in low earth orbit (LEO), especially the manned spacecraft. Spatial debris disseminate mostly in LEO, within the detection range of ground radar capable of working at any time under any weather condition, so that developing ground based surveillance radar is much more realistic in our country. On the demand of space debris exploration, this paper analyses the basic performance of the ground-based surveillance radar, gives out some simulation results of the radar detection capability. In the end, the chief technology analysis of the radar system is presented.
