建筑施工企业技工面临断层的成因及对策

The causes of the lack of skilled workers in building construction enterprise and its countermeasures

针对目前建筑行业一线技工不断减少,职工年龄结构不断增大,技术力量不断减弱的现状,分析了建筑技工面临断层的成因,提出了解决技工断层的措施及对策,以适应建筑行业发展的需要,使企业立于不败之地。

In light of the present conditions of continuous reduction of skilled workers at the production line, incessant increment of staff＇s age structures, and consistent weakening of technical force in current building industry, this paper analyzes the causes of the lack of smiled building workers, and proposes measures and countermeasures for it, in order to fit for the requirements of building industry＇s development and make enterprises remain invincible.
