摘要
通过近几年代建制的管理经验,简析了代建制的主要作用及施行代建制的优缺点,探讨了关于代建制中参建各方的定义和法律关系,介绍了代建制的运作模式,并且提出今后代建制行业需要完善的方面。
Combined with several years＇ management experiences in the system entrusting one company to build and manage the roles of this system acted are briefly analyzed as well as advantages and disadvantages of this system. The definitions and legal relationships among participators are discussed. In the end operation mode of this system is introduced in order to perfect this system in the future.
