Several general methods of building energy expenditure are introduced：the method of temperature-frequency, HDD, computer energy simulation method. By simulating the analysis of the building, the status of energy of the buiding is gained and reasonable design project of building energy conservation is put forward so as to adjust and control the distribution of energy of the building.
