介绍了邀请招标的定义、特点和范围,分析了邀请招标的优点和存在的不足,并阐述了邀请招标管理的对策,最后对今后邀请招标的管理与操作提出了一些有益的建议。
This paper introduces the definition characteristics and scope of selected bidding, analyzes its advantages and disadvantages, illustrates the countermeasures for its management, and makes several beneficial suggestions for the management and operation of further selected bidding.
