摘要
对我国在工程项目的工程量清单招标中逐步推行电子评标的必要性及实际操作情况进行了论述;同时以招标方的角度,对电子评标的作用、优势以及不足之处进行了研究,提出了在电子评标运用部分问题的解决方法。
The necessity to carry out electronic bid evaluation in bidding under engineering bill pricing mode of engineering project in our country and practical application situations are mentioned. From the viewpoint of bidder the actions as well as advantages and disadvantages of electronic bid evaluation method are studied. In view of questions existed corresponding resolving methods are proposed.
