摘要
使用Fluent6软件对河北某电厂300MWW火焰炉中的常规燃烧和超细粉再燃的燃烧的NOx排放进行了数值模拟.研究表明,超细粉再燃还原技术对降低300MWW火焰炉燃烧NOx排放量有显著效果,当质量为初始燃料的10%左右的寿阳贫煤的超细粉作为再燃燃料送入折焰角出口处时,脱除率为1/2~2/3;高于采用厂用混合煤粉的脱除率.
The NOx emission is numerically simulated by Fluent 6 during the normal burning and ultrafine powder reburning in the 300 MW flame furnace of a power plant in Hebei. The results show that ultrafine powder reburning reduction technology has significant influence on decreasing NOx emission in the burning of 300 MW flame furnace. When the ultrafine powder of Shouyang lean coal,whose quality is 10 percents of initial fuel is sent to the export of arch nose as rebuning fuel, the removal rate is 1/2- 2/3; it's higher than the 1/3- 1/4 removal rate of applying mixture coal powder in plant.
