摘要
结合朝阳发电厂2#机组高加的投运情况和试验情况,详细分析了影响高加给水温度低的原因,并提出了整改措施,为提高2#机组高加出口水温指出了方向.通过更换5#高加和增大其换热面积,可以提高2#机组高加给水温度的经济效益,改造后每年可节省标准煤980 t.另外,5#高加改造后减轻了6#高加负担,减少了6#高加抽汽量,降低了二次抽汽排挤三次抽汽的程度,降低了冷源损失.由于机侧给水温度提高10℃,使给水在省煤器吸热减少,减少了水在省煤器内的温升量,有利于延长省煤器管子的使用寿命,减少省煤器爆管漏泄造成停机临检的情况,并产生相应的经济效益.
By the operation condition and test condition of high-pressure heater of 2^# unit in Chaoyang power plant, the reasons of water-feeding deficiency temperature are analyzed, the reform measures are proposed, this indicates the direction of raising 2^# and high-pressure heater temperature. By changing high-pressure heater of 5^# , increasing heat exchange area, economic benefit of high-pressure heater in 2^# is improved. After transformation, 980t coal is saved whose price is 215 thousand yuan. Also, the heater transformation of high-pressure heater in 5^# relieves burden in 6 ^# and the exaction steam amount of the latter is decreased. This can decrease the crowding-out effect between second steam pumping and third steam pumping, reduce cold source loss. Sine water-feeding on turbine side increased 10℃, the heat which is absorbed by water in economizer is reduced, and the temperature rising is decreased. It' s favorable for prolonging life of economizer' s pipes and unit' s shutdown caused by tube explosion. This will produce economic benefit.
