摘要
系统阐述了以电流选择、时间选择、区域联锁、能量选择等方法实现全选择性保护的技术手段,通过上述不同方法及其组合实现上下级低压断路器保护动作的选择性,提出了配电干线首端保护电器、配电干线第二级保护电器、末端电路保护电器的选择以及上下级间不同断路器的级间配合问题.电气保护的选择性作为协调上下级之间的配合,使得最近故障点的断路器即时断开故障电流,从而不影响旁路及上级断路器的正常运行.
This paper introduces current selection, time selection, regional chain and power selection etc. , and they are all-protected means. By followed means and their arbitrary combination, the upper-stage and lower-stage selective protection of the low voltage circuit breakers is realized, selection of head end protective devices on distribution main line, second stage protective devices, terminal protective devices and coordination problems between upper-stage and lowerstage circuit breakers are proposed. As coordination b between upper-stage and lower-stage, the electrical protection cuts fault current by breakers on the nearest fault points, and it may ensure the normal operation of accessory paths and upper-stage breakers.
