从工程质量、运行管理、结构安全、渗流安全、抗震安全、金属结构安全等方面分析论述了病险水库安全评价体系的具体内容,以保证防洪安全,提高水资源调控能力,对促进国民经济发展和人民生活水平的提高均具有重要的意义。
The following paper discusses concrete contents of risky reservoirs＇ safety evaluation system from engineering quality, operation management, structural safety, seepage safety, seismic safety and metal structural safety, in order to ensure flood prevention security and increase the capability of water resources adjustment, which has significance for the development of national economy and the improvement of people＇s living standard.
