摘要 理解角板参数对客车结构承载性能的影响,是客车结构设计和优化的基础。选取承载式客车侧围骨架门窗接头,采用有限元分析法分析角板边长和厚度对接头强度、刚度的影响。分析表明:加角板可以明显改善接头的承载性能,角板边长对承载性能的影响显著,厚度对承载性能的影响很小。 To comprehend the effect of bracket parameters on seE-supporting bearing capacity is the base of bus structure design and optimization. The effect of bracket length and thickness on joints strength is carried out based on the finite element method with selecting side wall skeleton window joints of seE-supporting bus. Through the analysis, it shows that adding bracket joints can apparently improve the bearing capacity,the effects of bracket's length on the bearing capacity is obvious, and the bracket's thickness have little effect on beating capacity.
