摘要
直线电机直接驱动系统具有结构简单、动态响应快、精度高、速度和加速度大、振动和噪声小等一系列优点,是各类超高速、精密机床的理想传动方式。介绍了直线电机的工作原理与性能特点,重点阐述了直线电机的效率与功率因数、冷却措施、法向磁吸力、伺服控制、隔磁与防护、重力加速度、电源电压等七个方面的关键技术问题及其解决办法。
The linear motor direct drives system has the advantages of simple structure, rapid dynamic response, high accuracy, speed and acceleration, lower vibration and noise and so on. It is a good transmission mode in various high-speed and precision machines. This paper introduces the principle of linear motors and the characteristics of performance, focusing on the seven key technologies problems of the efficiency of linear motor, power factor, cooling measures, the law of the Magnetic, servo control, separating magnetic and protection, gravity acceleration, power supply voltage and their solutions.
