摘要
采用TI公司的TMS320F2812 DSP实现了一个永磁无刷直流电机运行平稳、定位准确、启动快、转矩波动小、速度控制灵活的控制。此伺服电机控制采用电流、速度、位置闭环直流调速的控制策略,通过PID调节器实现了对电流、速度、位置的调节,实现无刷直流电动机PWM调速的实控制性、高精度以及无极调速,为伺服电机的控制提供了一个理想的解决方案。
This system make the DC servo motor more rapidness, anchor point nicety, torque wave little and the speed controlling agility by the TMS320F2812 DSP of the TI company ,The paper designs the control ways of the electric current, speed and position control in order to reach the rapidness, nicety and stabilization of the PWM speed control of the brushless DC servo system by PID controller. It provides an idea solution for electric motor control.
